Cancellation Policy
One-Off Cleaning Policy Our One-Off Cleaning Service is perfect for clients who need a thorough cleaning on a one-time basis without ongoing commitments. Booking & Scheduling .One-off cleaning must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. .A £10 deposit is required to secure the booking. .A minimum of 2 hours per session is required. .Additional time can be booked at £14 per hour, subject to availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling .Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. .Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full rate, and the deposit will not be refunded. Service Details .This service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and general tidying. .Clients must ensure pets are secured during the cleaning session.
