Cancellation Policy
Regular Cleaning Policy At Supreme Clean, our Regular Cleaning Service provides scheduled cleaning to maintain a consistently clean and fresh home or workspace. This service is available on a weekly or bi-weekly basis with flexible booking options. Booking & Scheduling .Regular cleaning sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. .A minimum of 2 hours per session is required. .Additional time can be booked at £14 per hour, subject to availability. .Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any booking requests or modifications. Cancellations & Rescheduling .Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning session. .Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate. .If you wish to discontinue your regular cleaning service, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions. Service Details .Standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and general tidying. .Any additional cleaning requests must be made 48 hours in advance and may incur extra charges. .Clients must ensure all pets are secured during cleaning. Failure to do so may result in cancellation with no refund.
